WCKA Complaints Policy
The WCKA has it’s own Complaints & Disciplinary Committee to deal with complaints. We encourage all complaints and grievances to be dealt with at club and instructor level as this will resolve most issues amicably so there is no affect on anyone training at the club.
For any matters not resolved at the club, please contact Mr Clarke or Mr Hughes for advice and the best way forward. If necessary, Mr Clarke will arrange for the Disciplinary Committee to meet and discuss the options.
