I started training with WCKA in 2006 after bringing my son (David – also an Instructor) who was being bullied in school. I enjoy the high energy training and sparring. Plus I have seen first hand how the training can prevent bullying and increase confidence and self esteem.

Achievements:

• Black Belt September 2012
• Fought Nationally and Internationally representing Wales at both the WKA and WKU World Championships over an eight-year period, winning numerous silver and bronze medals
• Being part of the mighty Welsh Team has been an honour beyond words
